• Report any suspicious activity to RT99 customer support immediately

rt99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, please report it to our security team immediately as it may be a phishing attempt.

rt99 supports a wide range of deposit methods commonly used in Malaysia, including local bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong), digital wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay), and other digital payment methods.

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction

• Any attempt at money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities

• Providing false or misleading registration information

• Request by relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no transactions

You also have the right to close your RT99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance will be returned to your registered bank account once all conditions have been met.

rt99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the following circumstances:

• Service disruptions caused by planned or unplanned maintenance
• Internet connection failure or technical issues on the user's end
• Losses resulting from the user's negligence in maintaining account security
• Any decision or action taken based on inaccurate information from third parties
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform

RT99's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.
